The chapters outline the core concepts of each competency in detail, with the addition of real-life scenarios for a complete understanding of the coaching profession, the importance of applying these competencies, and the effects of professional conduct on the relationship for the client-coach journey.

The program also includes additional theories and models along with exercises in each chapter, that ignite the “coaching mindset”. Learners are trained in deep reflective practice in a question-answer format towards each of the concluding chapters. This prepares learners for hands-on training and situations that arise in a coach’s professional journey while raising awareness in the demonstration of skills.

On completion of this Level, the coach can apply for the ACSTH ACC route with ICF.

The Matrrix ‘Become a Professional Coach’ program is a 125-hour program with 10 hours of Mentor Coaching offered by the Program Director. The program is divided into two sections.

The first section is a detailed look at the ICF Core Competencies (included in the BAC program). This creates a firm understanding of the expectations and requirements of the skills to be demonstrated as a professional coach with reflective questions that deepen the coaching journey.

The second section is a combination of prominent psychological theories and models pertinent to understanding human behavior and the removal of internal barriers. The combination of the two sections acts as guidelines for aspiring coaches to be able to handle different business scenarios for individual and corporate coaching.

Every chapter includes a deep reflective space of ICF core competencies through a question-answer format. On completion of this Level, the coach can apply for the PCC ACTP route with ICF.

Both the programs install a global coaching mindset with a firm understanding of ICF core competencies, a strong grasp of human behavior, and an open mind with higher awareness. The programs also include a performance evaluation before the application for the ICF credentialing.
