The Inspiring Self and Empowering Others (ISEO) program by Matrrix is a training program that is devised for all professionals at the middle management level. Individuals who are already at this phase in their career find this program as an excellent platform to leverage their skills to a higher level. METHODOLOGY

The Matrrix Inspiring Self and Empowering Others Program is developed to maximize a client’s personal and professional potential. Our methodologies used a systemized approach. We seek to develop 6 core competencies that bring massive changes to one’s professional outlook. Clients who have undergone the ISEO program at Matrrix, have noted behavioral changes with a positive approach in their thinking, feeling, and actions.

The ISEO program uses a combination of simulation activities, coach-led discussions, and experiential learning along with case studies and much more. The process of learning starts with a pre-assessment program followed by a training program and is concluded with a post-assessment test. More details in the structure section.

STRUCTURE

The Inspiring Self and Empowering Others program extends for 2 days. Hours: 16

  • Self-Conviction: The ISEO program aims to highlight the importance of self-conviction and inspire professionals to develop the same. Participants learn to deal with different types of personalities with the highest level of self-conviction.
  • Impression Management: The program emphasis and imparts knowledge on Impression Management, an intricate conscious or subconscious process that is useful for professionals. Here, an individual learns to influence and inspire the perceptions of people bringing about the desired change. This assists professionals to transact effectively and enjoy a successful outcome with customers, peers, and others.
  • Transactional Analysis (PAC): The program also brings focus on the PAC (Parent Adult Child) model, part of the Transactional Analysis theory. Created by Eric Berne, participants learn the depths of this model with a sound training on its application in professional life.
  • Ego States: Participants learn Transactional Analysis at work and Berne’s concept of the ego states. Individuals learn effective communication methods with a deeper look at interpersonal and intrapersonal communication methods.
  • High Confidence Levels: The ISEO highlights the need to build confidence levels and participants learn different tools and techniques they can use on an everyday basis. A variety of team building activities are incorporated in the sessions.

  1. Influence: Learns the ability to be persuasive and convincing to manage conflicts through effective communication, keen observation, and strategies. Influences people to move towards the desired goals in any stressful situation with complete conviction to direct people to the goals and vision of the organization.
  2. Interpersonal Relationships: Learns to establish and maintain a harmonious relationship with equal respect and sensitivity to all.
  3. Team Communication: The ability to communicate clearly with self and among team members and retaining great social skills.
  4. Accountability: Learns to be responsible for all activities related to personal and professional growth while maintaining confidentiality. The ability to identify from one’s mistakes and developing a deeper understanding of the impact of one’s behavior upon others using a 360-degree view.
