Leaders, as well as individuals, have to be able to work in harmony to ensure a high performance of the team. METHODOLOGY

The Matrrix Team Building program is developed to maximize a client’s personal and professional potential while creating a beautiful blend of professional relationships. Our methodologies used a systemized approach. We seek to develop 6 core competencies that bring massive changes to one’s personality development. Clients who have undergone the Team Building techniques activity program at Matrrix have noted behavioral changes with a positive approach in their thinking, feeling, and actions.

The process of learning starts with an outbound experiential activity-based program that includes coach-led discussions after every activity. Every activity is devised to follow the structure as outlined below. All activities are carried under the supervision of Dr. Paras.

STRUCTURE

The Team Building corporate solutions program can be conducted for 1 day or extend to over 2 days. All activities are highly customized as per the requirement of every department and team members. This can be residential or non-residential. The program structure will vary as per the requirement. 

The Team Building program is based on the 7 building blocks of effective team management.

  1. The team building techniques activities include the development of competence levels with a focus on goals. A participant gets a chance to understand knowledge, skills, attitudes, style, performance and more as well as their creativity levels.
  2. The program explores the need to develop shared values and the awareness to respect those values that are separate from one’s own. It includes activities that interchange roles to create more awareness levels.
  3. It also includes a set of basic rules that form the base for effective team building communications. Participants learn about the do’s and don’ts in group interactions, how to set boundaries, understand the ways of working in harmony despite disparity, and other means to bind teams together with a clearly defined goal.
  4. There is an awareness level to develop respect for self and others. The program is devised to ensure team members spend time together to develop this respect that translates into trust.
  5. Participants learn to build trust with the wide number of team building activities that facilitates more communication and participation from every member.
  6. Includes activities that promote constructive conflicts; giving team members the opportunity to discuss and debate while resolving issues in a friendly manner.
  7. The program includes activities that allow members to be open with each other, enjoy their time while building a great bond and trust over memorable celebrations.

  2. Team Communication: The ability to communicate clearly with self and among team members and retaining great social skills.
  3. Conflict Management: Has the ability to understand the different frame of references of people. Shows great self-control in a stressful environment by being accountable for a collaborative outcome.
  4. Empathy: Developing an empathic approach towards all with a deeper understanding of the ‘why and how’ people feel the way they do.
  5. Trust: Portrays oneself as a trustworthy person by displaying high levels of confidentiality, sincerity, and reliability.
