The program is formed with the objective to create great leaders who inspire, empower, and transform lives of self and others.
The Transform Mind and Transform Lives Program is spread over 9 months to ensure all strategies are truly ingrained in individuals with high levels of practice sessions that prepare them for the corporate world.
Course Outline:
Psychometric Assessments (Month 1): The program includes a focus on one-on-one Psychometric Assessments. The sessions led by Dr. Paras will personally share the outcomes of the assessments with the CEO’s vision. Individuals need to focus and commit to the top 5 areas for their own development.
Search for Mojo - Self-Awareness (Month 2): This phase has an emphasis on developing self-awareness. All participants learn to understand self and others, know their strengths and vulnerabilities, emotional triggers and more. Participants employ valuable tools and techniques about transactional analysis - a system popular in the world of psychology and valuable to assess oneself and understand the cause of behaviors.
Executive Coaching (Month 3): This month includes 12 one-on-one sessions with a focus on executive coaching (thinking to action). This coaching program combines leadership intervention and addresses the top 5 areas required to build the strength of the participants. This is spread across 3-4 alternate months with an aim to know what is working well, areas of improvement, and new practices to learn.
Emotional Intelligence (Month 4): Dr. Paras introduces the concepts of Emotional Intelligence and its importance for leadership roles. A framework by Daniel Goleman, one learns 5 characteristics and its application in daily life. Participants learn to identify and understand own emotions, how their behaviors affect others, learn to value self and others, develop listening skills, and more.
Leadership Skills - Head, Heart, and Instincts (Month 5): Participants learn to identify their own leadership styles while developing strong skills required to lead from the front. There are deeper insights and training to understand and deal with different personalities - vital for every person in a customer-centric or client-facing role. It unravels exciting techniques to build your own brand of leadership.
Advance Communication Skills (Month 6): The coaching sessions include a strong focus on interpersonal and intrapersonal skills. Participants learn the 7 breakdowns in communication and how to overcome these by reworking on communication strategies. The sessions also include training on how to give constructive criticism, manage conflicts, develop listening skills, and handle people across a multigenerational group.
Co-Active Coaching and Mentoring (Month 7): Participants learn exciting techniques of coaching for self and subordinates as well as installing positive psychology within the self. An individual learns new things while unlearning old habits to develop high levels of transformational and transactional coaching styles.
Creativity and Problem-Solving (Month 8): This month brings a focus on partnering with individuals to overcome one’s own bias towards self and others. Professionals learn lateral thinking, 6 Thinking Hats model, creative visualization to bring them closer to goals, Mind Mapping, and more. They develop the ability to encourage the right brain application while perceiving situations from a neutral perspective.
Design or Default (Month 9): The TMTL program promotes all professionals to live by design and to create a life they desire. Participants learn to initiate that change in self and transform other lives while acknowledging different perceptions without bias. With new beliefs, the professionals are now ready to respond to change with a zeal for professional excellence.
All monthly activities have a 2-day intervention. Every participant needs to prepare a presentation of their learning every 3 months. Participants also need to design a presentation of their entire journey towards the end of the program for their internal stakeholders.
